A charmingly handsome owner of a small restaurant, who can make anyone's stomach and heart happy, meets a divorced office worker who got relocated to Osaka, and... falls in love with him at first sight?!
When one of Soga's colleagues wonders if he doesn't like people from Osaka, Sakae steps up and defends him.
After struggling with a workplace issue, Soga eventually decides to turn to Sakae for help.
Sakae and Soga start going out on dates, but Sakae realizes the two of them are very different people.
Sakae has planned an elaborate itinerary for Soga's birthday, but things go wrong quickly.
Sakae finally finds the courage to confess his love to Soga, but Sakae's old flame Mizuki shows back up in the picture.
A new restaurant opens up with a special deal, so Soga and Mizuki start to help Sakae keep the business afloat.
Sakae finds out about Soga's transfer back to Tokyo, which creates a new problem between the two.
